What is NOT included in the tour:

  • Tips and porter chargers.
  • Any additional expenses.
  • Cost of any excursions not included package.
  • No-Show Guests would not be given any refunds nor would their tours be re-scheduled.
  • Early check in and late check out at the hotel as per availability (Extra Charges May Apply).
  • Items of a personal nature such as phone calls, pay movies, room services, mini bars Laundries or other expenditures during the tour.
  • Additional Costs due to Flight Cancellations, Road blocks, natural calamities.
  • Tour can be cancelled or postpone due to natural calamities.
  • SIC means Seat-In-Coach Basis. Drivers would communicate with the Guests if there is a change in the assigned pick - up time.
  • If guest fails to reach within the time arranged, there will be no replacement given.
  • Local tourism taxes if applicable.
  • Transfer Surcharges in case of public holiday. 15 Any other services not specified above.

Cancellation By You:

  • Only sightseeing part be refundable if package is cancelled before 7 days from Departure date.
  • Flights are depending on the fare rules of particular airline
  • Hotel is non-Refundable.
  • No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Reservations & Payments:

Advance Payment:

In order to process the booking, we would need 25% of the total amount which you can pay through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.

For Flight booking we need full payment of flights.

Booking Confirmation Amount:

After getting the availability from the hotel / Transport etc you will be informed via email / Phone, then you need to make the 10% of remaining payments which can be made within 1-2 days through Net banking, Bank Transfers (Cash) or Cheque in our Bank.

If due to non-availability of hotel we can offer other similar hotel category option or we will give full refund to customer with the applicable interest of bank.

Full Balance Payment:

Remaining amount needs to be furnished 30 days before the travel. In case of urgent bookings, it depends on the nature of bookings. Once the payments are received, you shall be acknowledged immediately via an e-mail / Phone call.

Invoice and Vouchers:

Delivery of your total Bill Receipt and Vouchers shall be delivered to you electronically via E-mail. Vouchers are normally provided 3-10 days before the actual Travel Date.

Refund Policy:

Cancellation of bookings and cancellation policy differs for each product or service. When you make a booking, kindly view terms & conditions of each product or service, which reflects the cancellation, refund with booking terms & conditions.

Cancellation of your request may require a minimum processing time, subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to the type of product or service booked & purchased.

There may be a full cancellation penalty on the products or services booked and purchased, which are non-utilized or cancelled after the cancellation deadline mentioned in the terms and conditions, while making the purchase.

Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy and the fee is non-refundable as per the strict guidelines of the Embassy.

Normally once you cancel your booking from any other agency they charge so many hidden charges from customers. But Avidfly vacations we only charge a flat rate of Rs 5000 only per person along with the actual charges charged by Particular airline, Hotel or any other service provider.

For air ticket, it may take between 30-45 working days and for the hotels it may take between 10-15 working days for the amount to get credited into your account. Refund policies may vary for every product and service.
